Course Overview

This course is designed to develop and enhance professional communication skills. It focuses on both verbal and nonverbal communication, emphasizing digital, written, and oral interactions in a professional environment. Students will explore key communication theories, communication processes, and evaluate real-world case studies exploring both the technical aspects of communication (clarity, organization, delivery) and the interpersonal skills (listening, responding, adapting to audience). More specifically, the course aims to develop students' ability to craft professional emails, reports, resumes, and to communicate confidently in job interviews, negotiations, and other workplace scenarios.
